Play Well With Others

Set Book also lets you determine individual the timing for your music pages as you work on them with the other members of your band. During performances you can use that timing to “turn” your pages automatically.

Once the practice is over and the band is ready, its time to perform your music. Set Book makes it easier to perform as well. Set Book can arrange your Sets into Set Lists or Performances. It keeps an ordered list of music ready for you when its time to perform. Set Book can then display your music in the correct order as you perform. It has a slideshow format, which means you can keep your music out of the way so your audience can see you, and not your music stand. Set Book also has a timer for each page that, when used during performances Set Book will automatically “turn” the pages so that as you play you will always see the current page.
Set Book also works with midi devices via the USB port on your laptop. With a midi to USB converter you can attach a midi controller to your computer and control Set Book with it. This allows a device such as a controller pedal to advance the tunes in the Set Book slideshow.
